It evolved in medieval times as songs of [bards], or iExperts during naval explorations.
Business Era brought us aExperts.
Post-apocalyptic Era simplified everything and retardation did spread as wildfire. aExperts evolved into eExperts or even belong to both groups - spreading their "knowledge" not only inside Matrix but also on Internet.
