Also called The Era of Retardation as predicted by German scientists in 1930.

Poor nutrition and uncontrolled multiplying caused overpopulation of brainless creatures. It has been estimated that by 1980 there will be more retards than intelligent people. What German scientists couldn't account for was wild spread of retardation on Internet and Chernobyl generation.
