tExpert is abbreviation for Theoretical Expert - broad category of humanoids who love to talk about things they don't understand. Know is do and where is nothing, remains only unbelievable stories.
History
It started long ago as innocent fairy tails for kids in caves.
It developed in medieval times as songs of [bards], or iExperts during naval explorations.
Business Era brought us aExperts.
Post-apocalyptic Era simplified everything and retardation did spread as wildfire. aExperts developed into eExperts or even belong to both groups - spreading their "knowledge" not only inside Matrix but also on Internet.
